promoting SKILLZ in squash

Liz’s love for coaching comes from an early age, having completed her first coaching qualification while still at school. Liz competed in a number of Jarvis/Kaplan Cup Inter Provincial Tournaments representing Northern Transvaal and Natal. After completing a BA Phys Ed degree from the Univ of Pretoria and a Higher Diploma in Education from the Univ of Natal, she spent a couple of years gaining coaching and playing experience in Israel, Switzerland and the USA. Although a serious car accident ended her competitive days, Liz continued being involved with squash coaching and administration.

In 2017 Liz was qualified by the WSF as a Level 1 Tutor and in 2019 will take up the position with the Africa Squash Federation as the continent’s. Liz will be presenting the Level 1 coaching course in Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Malawi as a starting point to this position with the World Squash Federation
